Cheese Wedding Cake "Simply Traditional"

A selection of natural rind cheeses can be used to make a similar cheese cake to the one pictured*.

Top: Try using 3 Dales Brie or Bluemin White (or a mixture) for a similar effect to our cake in the picture.

Middle: Cornish Yarg - Cornish Yarg is a nettle wrapped, semi hard cows' milk cheese. Tangy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core, it consistently wins top international awards..

Base: Blue Stilton** or Yorkshire Blue - A classic favourites with all cheese lovers.

All of these cheeses are made with pasteurised milk and are suitable for vegetarians.

Around 4.5kg of cheese which will serve 45-50 guests. 

Fruit, flowers and knotted muslin decorations are not included with this cake. 
The cheese board displayed with the cake is not included, however similar boards may be  available to order separately.

*Since this photograph was taken some cheeses are no longer available but a similar effect can be achieved using the above suggested cheeses.
