Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards. All prices quoted on this site are in GBP Sterling, and your credit/debit card will charged in GBP Sterling. All credit cards details must be authorised before despatch of goods.

All transactions take place on our secure server using the latest available security technology. When you enter the checkout area of our site you will move to our secure server.

If you still feel unsure about disclosing your payment details on line, you can telephone your details to us on 01677 423248.

We also accept cheques which can be made out to The Yorkshire Dales Cheese Company and sent to us at Lowlands, Low Street, Leeming Bar, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 9BN. If you are sending a cheque, please allow at least 14 days for payment to reach us as we cannot despatch orders until cheques have been cleared.

Product Pricing

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. If you require a vat receipt we will be happy to arrange this.

Packaging

All mail order hampers are securely packed in an outer postal carton for transport purposes.

Returns Policy

If your gift basket or goods do not reach their destination in perfect condition, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 3 days of delivery. The same applies in the case of non delivery. Any damaged goods must be retained as it may be necessary to return them to us. We will discuss the nature of the complaint with you and rectify the situation accordingly.

Substitutions

Every effort will be made to supply the items as specified. However, if certain items are unavailable for any reason, The Yorkshire Dales Cheese Company will substitute goods for an equal or higher value.

We will treat this information with complete confidentiality and will not disclose your details to any third party. We may occasionally send you promotional material relating to The Yorkshire Dales Cheese Company.
